In regards to your question about the ND filters, in the rainforest creek shoot Marlis used a circular polarising filter in conjuction with a 8x variable ND filter. The CPL to remove the reflection on the water, the ND to slow down the shutterspeed. We use GOBE filters, good quality at very affordable prices.
