Milky Way Over Joshua Tree National Park - I was very excited to get to try my hand for the first time at Milky Way photography. The core of the Milky Way is only visible in the northern hemisphere from about Feb - October, so, since we were there on Oct. 22 & 23, it was right at the end of its visible period. I think it was still nice, though. This shot shows our tent in Joshua Tree. I've added in a silhouette of a Joshua Tree, since there were none in the campground of any size. Take a good look. Hopefully, I've managed to integrate it into the image pretty well. Let me know what you think.
