New Dailies Images

Robins at the Fountain - My husband was looking at his ipod and told me that a friend of mine, Marlis Schoeb, had died. I immediately went to smugmug and put a note on my image for the day. I was mortified to learn later when I received an e-mail from Marlis that Robert was the one who had died. He had been battling cancer and lost his battle after having another surgery and experiencing complications. I know we will all miss him dreadfully. I have admired the team of Marlis and Robert so much for their superb quality images and their devotion to learning and nature. I wanted to get this misinformation corrected, even though I will be at the hospital all day today with Phil, who is having a surgery.

I appreciate your comments on my images, both old and new. Thanks!
