Day 129 - Happier Days - I have taken one of the shots of the interior of the tumbledown, abandoned house and have added a number of "ghosts" from a happier Christmas past. I took four separate shots taken a couple of years ago, cut them out and added them to the tumbledown room. It was fun to do. The "dad's" gift is really too up-to-date, as is the "mom's" outfit, but that was what I had to work with. I may try to actually shoot some new ghosts in the future that are more appropriate, but, for now, it was a fun effort. Hope you like it!
Thanks for all the comments on my foggy, hoarfrosted tree...it was wonderful to have so many of you say such nice things about it. I probably won't get a chance to comment on your shots for today until late in the day, as my hubby is having a diagnostic scoping procedure. Hope everyone has a grand day! It was really windy here today and is expected to be pretty windy tomorrow, as well.
I just received the following link via e-mail. It is a photographic review of American in the 1930s, with some extra info on Kodachrome film. It has a lot of great photos and you all may be interested in viewing it. http://www.openmyeyeslord.net/ALookBackInHistory.htm
