The Sangre de Cristo mountains behind the Great Sand Dunes National Park. This was part of the view from our campsite. This was our first morning there. On our last morning, we woke after a night of rain to find the mountain peaks completely snow-covered. And, speaking of snow, we've had some the last two days, although no serious accumulation. However, they are predicting 2 - 5 inches tomorrow. It is very early for us to be having this kind of weather. It may be a bad winter. I have my tomatoes covered with a tarp, but I'm wondering if I should just cut off all the green tomatoes and bring them in.
I'm posting a bit early and going to bed. I'll check you all out tomorrow.
